Venture Builders Inc. is seeking a self-motivated, experienced Project Manager. The Project Manager will be working closely with homeowners and our design staff and will report directly to the owner and the designer/estimator.
Project Manager responsibilities:
- Making completion deadlines
- Working in the field as needed hands on
- Ordering materials
- Scheduling subcontractors
- Keeping up with change orders.
- Ensuring timelines and quality of work are up to the standards of our company and what our clients demand.
- Keeping technicians and subcontractors on track and productive.
Project Manager Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in all phases of construction.
- Must have good management and people skills.
- Must be able to communicate well and be well organized.
- Must be clean cut and dependable.
- Clean driving record
Project Manager Compensation:
- $25-30/hour (Depending on experience)
